All installment loans on this website are provided by Consumer First Credit, a Native American-owned business within the Pine Ridge Reservation of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, a sovereign nation in the United States. Please note: Installment loans should be used for short-term financial needs only, not as a long-term financial solution. Customers facing credit difficulties are encouraged to seek credit counseling. Consumer First Credit allows only one loan per customer at a time.
Consumer First Credit is an entity of the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation (WLCC), a tribal corporation wholly owned by the Wakpamni Lake Community, a municipal subsidiary government under the Oglala Sioux Tribe. WLCC is incorporated under and governed by the laws of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, a federally recognized Indian Tribe, and operates independently. All correspondence should be directed to WLCC, which follows applicable tribal and federal laws.
Consumer First Credit typically reviews applications in real-time to determine eligibility. By submitting a website application, you acknowledge that you are applying for a loan. Applicant information is verified through national databases such as Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Clarity, DataX, Factor Trust, and Microbilt, and we may pull credit reports to assess eligibility and repayment ability.
Consumer First Credit does not process applications from residents of IL, AL, AR, DC, MA, MD, MN, NY, PA, SD, VA, or WV. Loan availability may change at sole discretion of WLCC and Consumer First Credit.
Important Information About Loan Applications
To comply with tribal law and federal regulations aimed at preventing terrorism financing and money laundering, we are required to verify each applicant’s identity. You may be asked to provide name, address, date of birth, and additional identifying documents, such as a driver’s license. Changes in your information may impact loan eligibility. If pre-selection criteria are no longer met, you may be offered a loan with different terms or a different amount. Additionally, if you reside in a state where we do not provide services, you will be ineligible for a loan. To qualify, applicants must have a valid checking account, email address, verifiable identity, and minimum income.
